I know this works because I’ve been there. I was on the joint degeneration fast track after a skiing accident and decade-long struggle following a knee surgery.

Nearly 20 years later, research and cutting-edge medical knowledge has finally caught up so I could piece together a truly transformative plan to reverse joint degeneration.

Foundations of Resilience comprises four pillars of health, each focusing on a different essential aspect of what helps (and what hurts!) when it comes to chronic joint pain.

Here’s a sneak peak of how our four weeks unfold:

1️⃣ Foundations of Nutrition & Lifestyle
  • Learn what elements of our daily life, including food, can be the most helpful (and harmful)
  • Discover the most important nutrients to include (and exclude!) when you are trying to heal joint pain
  • Be able to understand the nutritional and daily habit impacts on your joint health, and how to change them for the better​
  • Find out what's most important to avoid (including some very common but terrible advice!) if you want your joints to stop feeling like they're falling apart and actually heal
  • From this information, you will be able to identify habits you desire to change, and make those changes successfully with support and guidance
  • Includes a 28-day meal plan

2️⃣ Foundations of Evaluation & Investigation
  • Learn about what is actually going on in cases of chronic joint pain, and degenerative joint conditions
  • Learn what testing and imaging options there are, and what can be done for chronic joint pain
  • Understand why your doctor is ordering labs or imaging, and what the results mean
  • Be able to look back through testing, imaging and other evaluations you may have received with a clear understanding of what has been assessed, and what may be next
  • Includes handouts for understanding lab and imaging results

3️⃣ Foundations of Metabolic Health
  • Learn why your metabolism may have a significant impact on your pain
  • Learn to improve your metabolic health in order to help your joint pain
  • Be able to understand and appreciate to what degree your metabolic health (or illness) is impacting the trajectory of your joint health
  • Includes handouts for understanding metabolic analysis

4️⃣ Foundations of Hormone Health
  • Learn which hormones have the biggest impact on joint pain, and why
  • Understand why just one hormonal deficiency may be setting you on the fast track to early (and worse!) arthritis
  • Learn where the imbalances come from, and what can be done about it.
  • Understand hormone testing options, and their uses
  • Be able to talk with your doctor about hormones, testing options, so that you will be able to have a conversation about what has been tested, and what may need to be tested next
  • Includes handouts for understanding lab testing

By the end of our four weeks, you will have a truly comprehensive understanding of what is helping (and hurting!) your progress toward joint healing, and what next steps may be most important for you.

Think of this as my Joint Regeneration 101 course. I don't dumb it down, but I also make sure everyone is following along every step of the way.
