#2 Let's Chat Discovery meeting: you book a 15-minute time slot to talk with Dr. Cortal about any questions and logistics you want her to discuss/ answer BEFORE you decide whether/ when to establish care as a patient. No doctor-patient relationship is established yet. No medical care/ diagnoses/ formal recommendations are provided during this meeting. Insurance billing is not applicable at this step.
#3 Remote consultations: for those who are seeking input to their case/ their patient's case. Consider these "expert second opinion" meetings. Dr. Cortal will provide as much input, experience and ideas as possible, but is not becoming your doctor. There is no doctor-patient relationship established.
This is available for healthcare practitioners in any location and is only available for patients living outside Oregon.
