If you were familiar with my colleagues from my prior location, then you may have met Dr. Carrie Staller DC. She is a wonderful, kind person and a stellar practitioner of physical medicine. She and I co-managed and co-treated patients during our year-long overlap and I enjoyed working with her tremendously.
This is why I am so excited to share that she has begun working at Heart Spring Health, starting this month. Like myself, she is In Network with most private health insurance companies, and we have begun once more to work together to help patients achieve optimal health through their individualized needs and goals.
Like my practice, please call the Heart Spring Health reception reception desk to get on her schedule, particularly before those after-work times slots all fill up!
To find out more about her approach and clinical experience, her blog site can be found here.
Thank you for helping me welcome the wonderful Dr. Carrie to my new practice home. We are all very happy to have her.

Full Details:Join Alexandra Jackiw, LAc and Angelle St. Pierre, LMT for this four-part series of Restorative Yoga supported by acupressure and massage. Alexandra and Angelle are both yoga teachers who understand the value of deeply relaxed states. In this series, we will explore the release and healing that can come from quiet, restorative practice engaging body, breath, and consciousness. In addition, the modalities of acupressure, massage, and sound healing will be used to bring us more fully into a space of restful abiding. The option of receiving gentle, minimal acupuncture will be offered in our final posture. Each session will work with a specific element and set of meridians. Participants are encouraged to partake in the full series, but each session may be taken individually as well.
