Do you know your cardiovascular disease risk?
You've likely heard of cholesterol, and know it shouldn't be too high.
You may have also heard of LDL and HDL.
But in truly evaluating your risk for heart disease, there should be a lot more markers investigated.
The video below does a good job of explaining a few of the most accurate markers that are run on an Advanced Lipid Test, mainly particle number and size (pattern).
